Factory-level diagnostics, repair, and scheduled maintenance for commercial gyms and home fitness equipment — across Sierra Vista, Benson, Bisbee and the rest of Cochise County.
Two kinds of customers. One standard.
Whether it's a single treadmill in a spare bedroom or forty machines on a gym floor, the diagnosis is honest, the parts are right, and the work is documented.
In-home repair
We come to you. No hauling a 300-lb treadmill to a shop, no guessing at the problem over the phone.
- Treadmill, elliptical, bike & rower repair
- Home gym cable & pulley replacement
- Assembly, relocation & disassembly
- Annual home tune-ups
Facility uptime
Every hour a machine is out of service is an hour your members notice. We keep gyms, hotels, PT clinics, and apartment fitness rooms running.
- Scheduled preventative maintenance programs
- Emergency repair & parts sourcing
- Safety inspections & liability documentation
- Fleet condition reports for multi-site operators
Services by customer type
Pricing depends on the machine and the fault — every job starts with a hands-on diagnosis, so quotes are given after inspection, never guessed.
Treadmill repair
Belt slipping, motor faults, error codes, incline failures, and console issues diagnosed and repaired in your home.
Bike & elliptical service
Resistance problems, noisy drivetrains, worn bearings, and pedal or crank replacement for uprights, recumbents, and ellipticals.
Home gym & cable machines
Cable and pulley replacement, weight stack adjustment, and frame inspection for multi-station home gyms.
Assembly & relocation
New equipment assembled correctly the first time, or safely disassembled, moved, and rebuilt when you change rooms or homes.
Annual tune-up
Lubrication, belt tension, calibration, and a full safety check — the easiest way to keep a home machine out of the repair column.
Console & electronics
Dead displays, heart-rate sensors, control boards, and power supply issues on connected and non-connected equipment.
Preventative maintenance programs
Recurring service visits on a schedule built around your floor: cardio decks, strength stacks, cables, and upholstery — all logged.
Emergency repair
Priority dispatch for down equipment. We carry common wear parts and source OEM components fast to shorten out-of-order time.
Safety inspections
Documented inspections that support your liability and insurance requirements — frames, welds, cables, emergency stops.
Fleet condition reports
A machine-by-machine snapshot of your equipment's health so you can budget replacements instead of reacting to failures.
Installation & layout
Setup and leveling of new commercial equipment, including relocations during renovations or facility expansions.
Multi-site & property groups
One point of contact for hotels, apartment communities, and gym franchises with several locations across the corridor.
Preventative maintenance pays for itself
Most cardio and strength failures start small — a drifting belt, a dry deck, a fraying cable. Caught on a scheduled visit, they're a fifteen-minute adjustment. Caught by a member, they're an out-of-order sign and a repair invoice.
- Fewer emergency calls. Wear parts replaced on schedule, not after failure.
- Longer equipment life. Lubricated decks and tensioned belts protect motors and drive systems.
- Documentation you can show. Every visit logged per machine for insurance, warranties, and management.
- Predictable budgeting. Flat recurring service instead of surprise repair bills.
High-traffic floors
For 24-hour gyms and busy clubs. Cardio deck lubrication, belt tracking, cable inspection, and a member-facing cleanup of every machine.
Hotels, apartments & clinics
The most common fit for fitness rooms with moderate daily use. Full inspection, adjustments, and a condition report after each visit.
Multi-site & specialty
Franchise groups, universities, and first-responder facilities get a schedule and reporting format built around how they operate.
Plans are quoted after an on-site equipment walkthrough. No pricing is published online.
Diagnose first. Quote second.
We don't guess at repairs over the phone. Here's what to expect from first contact to a machine back in service.
Request service
Send the form or call. Tell us the machine, the symptom, and where it lives. Tell us how soon you need it and we'll schedule around it.
On-site diagnosis
A technician inspects the equipment in person, runs it through its faults, and identifies the actual cause — not just the symptom.
Clear quote
You get a written quote for parts and labor before any work begins. Approve it, and we order what's needed.
Repair & report
The repair is completed, the machine is tested under load, and you receive a service record with photos and notes.

What owners and managers say
Our treadmill row was down to two working units before we called. Two visits later everything's running, and the quarterly plan means I'm not thinking about it anymore.
Diagnosed a motor control board issue the manufacturer's hotline couldn't figure out in three calls. Had the part in a week, fixed it in an hour.
The inspection reports are exactly what our insurance carrier wanted. One contact, one invoice, three properties.

Before you call
Why don't you list prices?
Because the same symptom can have a $40 fix or a $400 fix depending on the machine, its age, and what actually failed. We inspect first and give you a written quote before any work starts — no surprises either direction.
Do you work on residential equipment or just gyms?
Both. We service commercial facilities and home treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, rowers, and cable gyms across the same area.
How far out will you travel?
Regularly from Benson down through Sierra Vista, Bisbee, and Douglas. For commercial accounts we'll go further — ask.
What does a preventative maintenance visit include?
Deck and belt service on cardio, cable and pulley inspection on strength, hardware torque checks, calibration, emergency-stop testing, and a per-machine log delivered after each visit.
Can you source parts?
Yes. We stock common wear items and order OEM or equivalent parts for everything else. Parts are quoted with the repair.
Tell us what's broken.
Or what you'd like to keep from breaking. We'll follow up within one business day to schedule a diagnostic visit or facility walkthrough.
